Service Areas

ITBizTek has been a managed IT provider based in the Greater Toronto Area since 1998. We work out of two offices, and on-site visits are dispatched from whichever one is closer to the job.

North York (head office): 364 Supertest Road, Suite 207, North York, Ontario M3J 2M2. It is the closest office to Toronto and the western GTA.

Richmond Hill: 9580 Yonge St, Unit 9, Richmond Hill, Ontario L4C 1V6. It is the closest office to York Region and the eastern GTA.

Call (416) 342-1568, or toll free (877) 275-8774, to reach either office. We have been doing this since 1998, so wherever your business sits, there is a decent chance we already know the area.

The regions below are organized the way our team actually works, not by how far a city is from a map pin. Where a city has its own dedicated page, we have linked it so you can read more about what we do there. Everywhere else, the city is simply listed as part of the region we cover.

Toronto and the Inner GTA

This is our home ground. Full on-site coverage, dispatched from whichever office is closer to the job, plus everything remote that goes with it: monitoring, patching, help desk and the day to day work that keeps a network running.

York Region and Durham

On-site coverage here runs mainly out of the Richmond Hill office, with the North York team backing it up when a job needs more hands or a specific specialty. If your office is in this stretch, you get the same on-site treatment as a Toronto client, just dispatched from the other address.

Hamilton and Niagara

Still on-site territory, but a trip out here gets booked ahead of time rather than same day. Most of the ongoing work for clients in this area is done remotely between visits, with a technician on the road when a hands-on fix is the faster option.

Southwestern Ontario

We work with clients across this part of the province too, from Kitchener-Waterloo out toward London and Windsor, and up into Barrie and the towns further north. Support here is remote-first: monitoring, help desk and maintenance are handled without anyone needing to be on-site. When a job genuinely needs a technician in the building, we arrange it directly with the client rather than promising a fixed schedule.

Outside Ontario

A small number of clients sit outside the province. We support them entirely remotely, the same monitoring, patching and help desk work as everyone else, just without a technician walking in the door.

On-Site vs Remote, Plainly

Every on-site visit gets dispatched from one of our two offices, North York or Richmond Hill. Toronto, the inner GTA, York Region and Durham get the most on-site attention simply because they sit closest to those two addresses, and a technician can be at a desk without losing most of the day to travel.

Hamilton, Niagara and the rest of southwestern Ontario are handled remotely first, with an on-site visit arranged once we know what the job needs. The same applies to the clients we support outside Ontario. On-site attendance beyond the GTA is never assumed and it is never a fixed promise. It gets worked out case by case, based on the actual issue, not on a blanket policy that applies to every city on this page the same way.

If you are not sure which category your location falls into, do not guess from the map alone. Call (416) 342-1568, or toll free (877) 275-8774, and we will tell you straight what on-site support looks like for your address.
