Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for technology. As an IT Specialist at ITBizTek, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IT solutions and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are secure, efficient, and reliable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT Support: Deliver exceptional IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, and providing user assistance.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Network Management: Manage and monitor client networks, ensuring connectivity and performance standards are met.
  • Custom IT Solutions: Develop and implement tailored IT solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Security Management: Ensure client data is protected by implementing and maintaining robust security measures.
  • Client Training: Provide training and support to clients on the use of IT systems and software.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client systems, support activities, and solutions provided.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to deliver comprehensive IT services and support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Willingness to provide 24/7 support as needed.
